I’m Duck, and I have over 13 years personal training experience. I work with people of all shapes and sizes; from ex-Army dudes who want me to drive them ‘boot camp’ style, to people who have just started exercising after years of too many coffees, no exercise and an eat-on-the-go existence. I’ve made marathoners out of couch potatoes, but I also know that just finishing a set of push-ups can be a massive achievement. I can guide you from your first sit-up to wherever you want to go, and do it all with a sense of humour.
