Girls, this one’s for you! Blast your body with a 30-minute circuit class. You will be left feeling muscles that you may have not felt in a while – or ever. Small Group Training is for anyone getting into training or wanting to give their bodies a little more of a kick.
You can expect to use kettle bells, TRX, power bags and med balls. This is a fast way to increase your strength, fitness and body tone.
Small Group Training gives you all the benefits of a personal training session but, in addition to a trainer, you’ll be buoyed along by your teammates! Groups should have a maximum of 8 people and a minimum of 4 people.
Where and when
Location: Frank Kitts park. Meet at the top of the park where the bridge crosses over Jervois Quay by the lagoon end.
Time: 7:15am (group 1) or 7:45am (group 2), Tuesday and Thursday
What to wear/bring: Appropriate workout gear for Wellington weather. Make sure you bring a drink bottle and towel.
