City Circuit, swap your corporate shoes for exercise gear and get out on the waterfront for a sneaky 30 minute lunch time body blast. Break up your day with some squats, lunges, press ups, running drills etc and head back to the office feeling energised for the afternoon.

The benefits you will get from working out in your lunch break will be invaluable. Switches your brain back on, fresh air and vitamin D (when we get sun ;-)) just to name a few. Rain, hail or shine come and get your sweat on.

Location: Frank Kitts park. Meet at the playground end of the park.

Time: 12:15pm, Tuesday and 17:45pm Thursday

What to wear/bring: Appropriate workout gear for Wellington weather. Make sure you bring a drink bottle and towel.
