This is a 30-minute circuit designed to push you and get you fit, toned and ready to start your day. The idea of this class is to work out at high intensity, in a circuit-type workout, 3 people, 30 minutes. In this non-stop express class, you will be challenged with different exercises that will be sure to bring your heart rate up and leave your muscles feeling pumped! Get yourself ready!

What to wear/bring: Appropriate workout gear for the gym. Make sure you bring a drink bottle and towel
